Off to paradise ~

Yes, literally speaking, my Tito's off to paradise already. He passed away on the 10th, due to this certain organ's failure. He hang on for more than 2 months. Although it's too bad that his birthday's coming up already. On the 19th, to be exact.

But I guess it's for the better. At least now, he's already resting.

I got to know my tito better when they had the necrological services. He was a really good person, a good co-worker, a good public servant, and of course, a good family man. I kind of wished that I got to be close with him somehow. He's still family, you know.

Anyway, when dad was asked to speak in behalf of the family, he made this excuse that he had a headache. It was funny, yes. But I do understand him. His brother passed away and I doubt it that he can speak, being too emotional.

Oh yeah, I said that he was agood public servant because he had a position before. There were flowers sent to tito, coming from the mayor, vice mayor, congressmen, and councilors. There was also this Philippine flag offered to him. (Coooooool! I want one too. Lol.)

There was this list of people who came to visit my tito. It was really amusing how a lot of people came to see him. Some even come from provinces. The thing I hated though was that, there were two councilors or congressmen, I think, who wrote their name using a marker, and even occupied around six lines for their names. Jvohgndfj. Politics, much? Masyadong pa-special.
